1. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if a replacement item is unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit (as applicable).
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected after confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during sale or promotion periods are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Order Cancellations
